Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Council Tax (Transitional Reduction Scheme) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 15th February 1993.

Section 2 Amendment of Regulations

Part II (determination of scheme council taxes) of Schedule 2 to the Council Tax (Transitional Reduction Scheme) (England) Regulations 1993 shall be amended, in paragraph 2(4), by the substitution for the words “paragraph 4” of the words “paragraph 2(5)”.
