Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Rules of the Air (Amendment) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 12th March 1993.

Section 2
The Schedule to the Rules of the Air Regulations 1991( ) shall be amended as follows:
(1) In Rule 1(1) the definitions of “apron” and “manoeuvring area” shall be deleted.
(2) At the end of Rule 7 there shall be added:
For the purposes of this rule the expression “simulated instrument flight” shall have the same meaning as in rule 6.
