Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Gipsy Encampments (Borough of Holderness) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 23rd November 1993.

Section 2

The area of the Borough of Holderness is designated as an area to which section 10 (prohibition of unauthorised camping in designated areas) of the Caravan Sites Act 1968 applies.
