Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation (Fifth Amendment) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 10th December 1993.

Section 2Amendment of Air Navigation Order 1989

In article 67(4)(c) of the Air Navigation Order 1989 after “1982” there shall be inserted “or the holder of a route licence granted under that section as applied by section 69A of that Act ”.
