Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Lifespan Health Care Cambridge National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 24th November 1993.

(2) In this Order—

“the Authority” means Cambridge Health Authority;

“the Trust” means the Lifespan Health Care Cambridge National Health Service Trust;

“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust on 2nd March 1993, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.

Section 2 Transfer of trust property

On 24th November 1993 the trust property shall be transferred from the Authority to the Trust.
