Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Weights and Measures Act 1985 Commencement (Revocation) Order 1993.

Section 2

The Weights and Measures Act 1985 (Commencement) Order 1992 (which appointed 1st April 1994 for the coming into force of section 43 of the Weights and Measures Act 1985) is hereby revoked.
