Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Education (No. 2) Act 1986 (Amendment) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 10th December 1993.

Section 2
Paragraph 8 of Schedule 3 to the Education (No. 2) Act 1986 shall be amended by the substitution in sub-paragraph (c) of the word “and” for the word “or” after the words “to the committee” and the substitution in sub-paragraph (d) of the word “and” for the word “or” after the words “written representations”.
