Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Housing Renovation etc. Grants (Grant Limit) (Amendment) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 14th January 1994.

Section 2Amendment

In the Housing Renovation etc. Grants (Grant Limit) Order 1993 , for paragraph (a) of the definition of A in article 2 substitute–

(a) £20,000 if the dwelling or building is in England and £24,000 if it is in Wales; and

Section 3Transitional provision

This Order shall not have effect in relation to an application for a grant made before this Order comes into force.
