Section 1Citation, extent and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Food Labelling (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1993, shall extend to Scotland only, and shall come into force on 25th November 1993.

Section 2Amendment of the Food Labelling (Scotland) Regulations 1984

In Schedule 7 to the Food Labelling (Scotland) Regulations 1984 the entries relating to “shandy”, “shandygaff”, “ginger beer shandy”, “cider shandy”, “cider shandygaff” and “cider and ginger beer shandy” shall be deleted.
