Section 1Citation and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Planning and Compensation Act 1991 (Commencement No. 15) (Scotland) Order 1993.

(2) This Order extends only to Scotland.

Section 2Provision coming into force on 18th February 1993

Section 57 of the Planning and Compensation Act 1991 insofar as it relates to paragraphs 3 and 9 of Schedule 10 to that Act shall come into force on 18th February 1993.

Section 3Provision coming into force on 1st May 1993

Section 57 of the Planning and Compensation Act 1991 insofar as it relates to paragraph 11 of Schedule 10 to that Act shall come into force on 1st May 1993.
