Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Vehicles (Operators' Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 1st December 1993.

Section 2

The Public Service Vehicles (Operators' Licences) Regulations 1986 shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of these Regulations.

Section 3

In regulation 19, for “£3.50”, in each place where it occurs, there shall be substituted “£4.50”.
