Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Vehicles (Traffic Commissioners: Publication and Inquiries) (Amendment) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 1st December 1993.

Section 2

The Public Service Vehicles (Traffic Commissioners: Publication and Inquiries) Regulations 1986 shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of these Regulations.

Section 3

In regulation 4(2), for “£2.50” there shall be substituted “£3.50”.
