Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Education (Recognised Awards) (Richmond College) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 19th November 1993.

Section 2Designation of awards

Any award granted or to be granted before 30th June 1996 by Richmond College, the American International University in London is hereby designated as a recognised award for the purposes of section 214 of the Education Reform Act 1988.

Section 3Amendment of the Education (Recognised Awards) Order 1988

The Schedule to the Education (Recognised Awards) Order 1988 is amended by the deletion of “Master of Business Administration” in column 1 and of “Richmond College, Queen’s Road, Richmond, Surrey” in column 2.
