Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Type Approval and Approval Marks) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 20th December, 1993.

Section 2

The Motor Vehicles (Type Approval and Approval Marks) (Fees) Regulations 1993 shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of these Regulations.

Section 3

In Schedule 4 (fees for the issue of documents in respect of vehicle parts) in column 3, opposite the entry “80004” in column 2, for “30” there shall be substituted “64”.
