Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Transport Act 1985 (Modifications in Schedule 4 to the Transport Act 1968) (Further Modification) (Amendment) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 5th December 1993.

The Transport Act 1985 (Modifications in Schedule 4 to the Transport Act 1968) (Further Modification) Order 1993 is hereby amended by the substitution in article 1 of “6th December 1993” for “9th December 1993”.
