Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Joint Financing) (Fifth Amendment) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 1st January 1994.

Section 2

The Civil Aviation (Joint Financing) Regulations 1988 shall be amended as follows:

(a) In regulation 4(1) for the sums £43.65, £10.43 and £33.22 there shall be substituted respectively the sums £43.86, £11.63 and £32.23;

(b) In regulation 15(2) for the figure 2% there shall be substituted the figure 2.234%.
