Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Advice and Assistance (Scotland) (Prospective Cost) Revocation Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 10th January 1994.

Section 2Revocation

The following Regulations are hereby revoked:–
(a) The Advice and Assistance (Scotland) (Prospective Cost) ( No. 2) Regulations 1988 ;
(b) The Advice and Assistance (Scotland) (Prospective Cost) Amendment Regulations 1991 ; and
(c) The Advice and Assistance (Scotland) (Prospective Cost) Amendment Regulations 1992 .
