Section 1
These Rules may be cited as the Trade Marks and Service Marks (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 1993 and shall come into force on 29th December 1993.

The Trade Marks and Service Marks (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 1993
Section 2
These Rules shall be construed as one with the Trade Marks and Service Marks Rules 1986 .
Section 3
The Schedule to the Trade Marks and Service Marks (Fees) Rules 1992 is amended by deleting from the third column thereof the figure “20” shown in relation to the item “TM45” appearing under the first column thereof.
