Section 1

This Order may be cited as the A564 Trunk Road Stoke—Derby Route (Doveridge Bypass) (Detrunking) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 21st December 1993.

Section 2

In this Order—

(i) “classified road”

(ii) “the new trunk roads”

(iii) “the trunk road”

Section 3

The length of the trunk road described in the Schedule to this Order shall cease to be a trunk road and shall be classified as a classified road from the date on which the Secretary of State notifies the Derbyshire County Council that the new trunk roads are open for traffic.
