Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Hearing Aid Council Monetary Penalty (Increase) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 31st December 1993.

Section 2

In section 7(1)(ii) of the Hearing Aid Council Act 1968 for the figure of “£1000” there shall be substituted the figure of “£5000”.
