Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Oil and Chemical Pollution of Fish) (No.2) (Partial Revocation No.2) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 8th December 1993.

Section 2Partial revocation
The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Oil and Chemical Pollution of Fish) (No.2) Order 1993 is hereby revoked insofar as it applies in relation to farmed salmon which smolted in 1993 and were introduced into waters in the designated area on or after 1st March 1993.
