Section 1 Title, extent and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Common Agricultural Policy (Wine) (Amendment) Regulations 1993, shall apply throughout the United Kingdom and shall come into force on 1st January 1994.

Section 2 Amendment of previous regulations

(1) The Common Agricultural Policy (Wine) Regulations 1993 shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation.

(2) For item 32 of Schedule 1 there shall be substituted the following:

(a) for the first column:

(32) Commission Regulation ( EEC ) No.2238/93 on the accompanying documents for the carriage of wine products and the relevant records to be kept

(b) for the second column:

(3) For column 2 of item 1 of Schedule 2 there shall be substituted the following:

Regulation 2238/93: all Articles except 3(3), 7(1), 7(2), 7(3), 7(5), 7(6), 9, 18, 20, 21 and 22
