Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Route Charges for Navigation Services) (Second Amendment) Regulations 1993.This regulation and regulation 3 shall come into force on 31st December 1993 and regulation 2 shall come into force on 1st January 1994.

Section 2

The Civil Aviation (Route Charges for Navigation Services) Regulations 1993 shall be amended as follows:

(a) For Schedule 2 thereof shall be substituted—

SPECIFIED AIRSPACES

(b) For Schedule 3 thereof there shall be substituted—

The Civil Aviation (Route Charges for Navigation Services) (Amendment) Regulations 1993 are hereby revoked.
