Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Civil Courts (Amendment No.2) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 4th January 1994.

Section 2
The holding of the East Grinstead, Hexham, Malton, Thorne and Whitby County Courts shall be discontinued and Schedule 3 to the Civil Courts Order 1983 shall accordingly be amended by deleting the entries relating to those courts .
