Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Judges as Arbiters (Fees) (Scotland) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 11th January 1994.

The Appointment of Judges as Arbiters (Fees) (Scotland) Order 1993
Section 2
The fees payable for the services of a Senator of the College of Justice as an arbiter or oversman shall be–
(a) £1,350 on appointment; and
(b) £1,350 in respect of each day or part thereof (after the first day) of the hearing of the reference before him.
Section 3
The Appointment of Judges as Arbiters (Fees) (Scotland) Order 1980 is hereby revoked.
