Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Savings Certificates (Yearly Plan) (Amendment) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 5th January 1994.

Section 2

The Savings Certificates (Yearly Plan) Regulations 1984 shall be amended in regulation 17(1) by substituting for the figure “£25,000” the figure “£50,000”.
