Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Mid Essex Community Health National Health Service Trust Dissolution Order 1993 and shall come into force on 1st April 1994.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trust

The Mid Essex Community Health National Health Service Trust established by the Mid Essex Community Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
