Section 1Citation, extent and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages (Fees) (Scotland) Order 1993, shall apply to Scotland only and shall come into force on 1st April 1994.

Section 2Fees

The fees payable under the enactments specified in column 1 of the Schedule to this Order in respect of the certificates described in column 2 of that Schedule shall be the amounts specified in column 4 thereof (the amounts previously prescribed are specified in column 3 of that Schedule).

Section 3Revocation

The Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages (Fees) (Scotland) Order 1992 is hereby revoked.
