Section 1Citation and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Local Government Act 1992 (Commencement No.3) Order 1993.

(2) In this Order “the 1992 Act ” means the Local Government Act 1992.

Section 2Provisions of the 1992 Act coming into force on

Section 11 of the 1992 Act so far as it relates to paragraph 12 of Schedule 1, and that paragraph, shall come into force on 6th January 1994.
