Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Commercial Agents (Council Directive) (Amendment) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 1st January 1994.

Section 2

The Commercial Agents (Council Directive) Regulations 1993 are hereby amended in regulation 18 by adding after the opening word “The” the words “indemnity or”.
