Section 1Citation and commencement
(1) This Order may be cited as the Maidstone Priority Care National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1993 and shall come into force on 1st March 1993.

Section 2Amendment of Establishment Order
In article 4 of the Maidstone Priority Care National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991 for the words “4 non-executive” there shall be substituted “5 non-executive” and for the words “4 executive” there shall be substituted “5 executive”.
