Section 1Title and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Radioactivity in Sheep) (Wales) (Partial Revocation) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 14th January 1993.

Section 2Partial revocation
(1) The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Radioactivity in Sheep) (Wales) Order 1991 is hereby revoked with respect to that part of the designated area numbered 14 of Schedule 1 to that Order which is set out in Part I of the Schedule to this Order.
(2) In consequence of that revocation the designated area numbered 14 of Schedule 1 to that Order is that area set out in Part II of the Schedule to this Order.
