Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Council Tax (Discounts) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1993 and shall come into force on 1st April 1993.

Section 2Amendment of Order

Article 7(1)(a) of the Council Tax (Discounts) (Scotland) Order 1992 shall be amended by substituting, for the figures “6, 8”, the figure “9”.
