Section 1Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Poultry Laying Flocks (Testing and Registration etc.) (Revocation) Order 1993 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Section 2Revocation

The Poultry Laying Flocks (Testing and Registration etc.) Order 1989 and the Poultry Laying Flocks (Testing and Registration etc.) (Amendment) Order 1990 are revoked.
