Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Local Government Act 1988 (Defined Activities) (Exemption) (Greater Manchester Fire and Civil Defence Authority) Order 1993, and shall come into force on 1st April 1993.

Section 2 Exemption of catering

Catering by the Greater Manchester Fire and Civil Defence Authority shall not be treated as a defined activity so long as it is undertaken before 1st July 1994.
