Section 1Title and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Organic Products (Amendment) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 29th March 1993.

Section 2Interpretation

In these Regulations “the principal Regulations ” means the Organic Products Regulations 1992 .

Section 3Amendment of the principal Regulations

In regulation 7 paragraphs (1) and (2) respectively, for the words “a Specified Community provision” there shall be substituted “regulation 6(2) above”.
