Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Outer Space Act 1986 (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 1st April 1993.

Section 2
The Outer Space Act 1986 (Fees) Regulations 1989 shall be amended in the definition of “further education” in regulation 2 by inserting after the words “given in section 41 of the Education Act 1944”, the following words:—
as read with section 14 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992
