Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as The Glasgow Caledonian University (Establishment) (Scotland) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 1st April 1993.

Section 2Establishment of institution

There shall be established on 1st April 1993 an institution for the provision of higher education to be known as Glasgow Caledonian University.
