Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Protection (Waste Recycling Payments) (Amendment) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 1st April 1993.

Section 2Amendment of Schedule of representative savings in waste disposal costs

For the Schedule to the Environmental Protection (Waste Recycling Payments) Regulations 1992 , there shall be substituted–

REPRESENTATIVE SAVINGS IN WASTE DISPOSAL COSTS
