Section 1

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Wireless Telegraphy (Television Licence Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 1st April 1993.

(2) These Regulations extend to the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

Section 2

The Wireless Telegraphy (Television Licence Fees) Regulations 1991 shall be further amended as follows:

(a) in Schedule 2–

(i) for “£26.50” in each place where it occurs there shall be substituted “£27.50”;

(ii) for “£80” in each place where it occurs there shall be substituted “£83”; and

(b) in Schedule 3–

(i) for “£40” there shall be substituted “£41.50”;

(ii) for “£20” there shall be substituted “£20.75”; and

(iii) for “£21.25” in each place where it occurs there shall be substituted “£22” .
