Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Banking Act 1987 (Disclosure of Information) (Specified Persons) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 29th March 1993.

Section 2Addition of specified person

The Table in subsection (1) of section 84 of the Banking Act 1987 is amended by the addition of the following new entry—
