Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Pembrokeshire National Health Service Trust (Originating Capital Debt) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 12th March 1993.

(2) In this Order “the originating capital debt” means the originating capital debt of Pembrokeshire National Health Service Trust.

Section 2 Originating capital debt of Pembrokeshire NHS trust

(1) The originating capital debt shall be £32,312,738.

(2) The originating capital debt shall be divided between an initial loan of £16,156,369 and public dividend capital of £16,156,369.
