Section 1
(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Licensed Betting Offices (Amendment) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 1st March 1993.
(2) These Regulations shall not extend to Scotland.

The Licensed Betting Offices (Amendment) Regulations 1993
Section 2
Regulation 6 of the Licensed Betting Offices Regulations 1986 shall be amended by the substitution, for the words “between 6.30 p.m. and midnight.”, of the following words:
:
(a) between 10 p.m. and midnight during April, May, June, July and August; and
(b) between 6.30 p.m. and midnight at any other time of the year.
