Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Licence Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 1st April 1993.

Section 2

Regulation 3(1) of the Misuse of Drugs (Licence Fees) Regulations 1986 shall be amended as follows–

(a) in sub-paragraph (a), for “£390” there shall be substituted “£408”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (b), for “£260” there shall be substituted “£272”;

(c) in sub-paragraph (c), for “£130” there shall be substituted “£136”;

(d) in sub-paragraph (d), for “£130” there shall be substituted “£136”; and

(e) in sub-paragraph (e), for “£65” there shall be substituted “£68”.
