Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (Consequential Amendments) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 1st April 1993.

Section 2Amendment of the Sex Discrimination (Designated Educational Establishments) Order 1975

The Sex Discrimination (Designated Educational Establishments) Order 1975 is amended by the omission in the Schedule of Part I (polytechnics) and Section A of Part II (establishments in respect of which grants in aid of university education are payable out of money provided by Parliament).
