Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Regional and District Health Authorities (Membership and Procedure) Amendment Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 1st April 1993, immediately after the Regional and District Health Authorities (Membership and Procedure) Amendment Regulations 1992 .

Section 2 University non-officer members for District Health Authorities

In Part I of Schedule 1 to the Regional and District Health Authorities (Membership and Procedure) Regulations 1990 , for the entries “Parkside Health Authority”, “Riverside Health Authority”, “Bloomsbury and Islington Health Authority”, “Hampstead Health Authority”, “City and Hackney Health Authority” and “Tower Hamlets Health Authority”, there shall be substituted the entries “Kensington Chelsea and Westminster Health Authority”, “Camden and Islington Health Authority” and “East London and The City Health Authority” .
