Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Central Blood Laboratories Authority (Revocation) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 1st April 1993.

Section 2Revocation of the Central Blood Laboratories Authority (Establishment and Constitution) Order 1982

The Central Blood Laboratories Authority (Establishment and Constitution) Order 1982 is hereby revoked, and the Central Blood Laboratories Authority is accordingly hereby abolished.
