Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Home Guard (Amendment) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 1st April 1993.

Section 2Amendment of article 1(6) of the Royal Warrant dated 21st December 1964
In article 1(6) of the Royal Warrant dated 21st December 1964 (definition of “public funds”), for the words “the Abolition of Domestic Rates etc. (Scotland) Act 1987” there shall be substituted the words “the Local Government Finance Act 1992 ”.
