Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Maximum Number of Judges Order 1993 and shall come into force on 11th March 1993.

Section 2

Section 2(1) of the Supreme Court Act 1981 , prescribing the maximum number of ordinary judges of the Court of Appeal, shall be amended so as further to increase the maximum number of those judges to 29.
