Section 1
This order may be cited as the High Court (Distribution of Business) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 5th April 1993.

The High Court (Distribution of Business) Order 1993
Section 2
There shall be assigned to the Family Division all proceedings in the High Court under the Child Support Act 1991 .
Section 3
In consequence of the provision made by article 2, paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 to the Supreme Court Act 1981 shall be amended by the insertion, after sub-paragraph (g) , of the following–
(h) all proceedings under the Child Support Act 1991.
